How to Install MIUI 12 in Redmi Note 7 Pro

In this post I'm sharing about flashing MIUI 12 in Redmi Note 7 Pro using Orange Fox Recovery.

Download Following Files:

1. MIUI 12 ROM for Redmi Note 7 Pro

2. MiFlash Bootloader Unlock Tool

3. Orange Fox Recovery Project

4. Disable Dm Verity Force Encrypt

5. Platform Tools for Windows

6. Orange Fox R 10.1 2 Stable Violet

7. ADB Setup

After downloading all these files extract platform tool and Oxygen Fox Recovery Project and copy recovery image file inside Oxygen Fox Recovery Project to Platform Tools.

Extract and install ADB Setup

Connect your mobile in fastboot mode and unlock bootloader if it is locked using Miflash Botloader Unlock Tool.

Now you can run cmd within platform tool folder run fastboot devices then you can see your device id.

Run cmd fastboot flash recovey and file address as shown in video.

After flash is completed you can copy Disable Dm Verity Force Encrypt and  Orange Fox R 10.1 2 Stable Violet zip file in your mobiles internal storage.

Boot your Mobile in recovery mode (Volume up and Power button).

Now you can see Orange Fox Recovery Mode From Files menu select Orange Fox R 10.1 2 Stable Violet zip file and install.

When you see Orange Fox Recovery Mode now select Disable Dm Verity Force Encrypt zip file adninstall to keep this permanent move to menu > Manage Partation  > select Data > Tick > Format Data > yes > ok. 

You can reboot system now and Orange Fox recovery is installed.

Now copy MIUI 12 ROM for Redmi Note 7 Pro in your phone internal storage and boot in recovery mode.

You can select MIUI 12 Rom and flash and enjoy!
